Wednesday, July 16, 6-8pm Refreshments (and childcare) Provided Gain an understanding of a dramatic shift in how church is learning to understand itself, faith, the earth and God from an emerging wisdom and trans-global perspective. John Shelby Spong and Elizabeth Johnson are the primary writers to be discussed plus: Borg, Zoelle, Fox, McFague, Ruiz, Thurman, Chodron, Tolle, Wilbur.  Participants are encouraged to read 4 (relatively short) chapters to prepare for the discussion.  Materials are available in the church office.
